What You'll Do
- Categorize, tag, and annotate text, images, or audio using structured guidelines
- Apply predefined label sets accurately and consistently across large datasets
- Maintain high quality and precision throughout task-based assignments
- Participate in calibration exercises to ensure consistency across the team
- Work independently and asynchronously on your own schedule
Who You Are
- Detail-oriented and patient — you notice what others miss
- Able to follow structured instructions precisely and consistently
- Comfortable working with web-based tools and platforms
- Self-motivated and reliable when working independently
- No prior labeling, AI, or technical experience required
Nice to Have
- Experience with data entry, quality assurance, or administrative work
- Familiarity with AI tools or content platforms as an end user
- Background in research, editing, or any field requiring careful attention to detail
