Data Entry Intern

Responsibilities:

Ensure load is done accurately and to the agreed one best way across the company to optimize output.

Manage workflow of the assignment task and ticket request

Taking directions from the Product Load manager ensure that the intern is willing to support all product load projects.

Collaborate closely across departments to understand the full functionality of the systems used.

Create an inspiring team environment with an open communication culture. Lead by example in behaviour, attitude and performance.

Follow approved and updated loading policies and procedures

Ensure contract rates/information are updated accurately

Be passionate about new learnings in a fun and interactive environment to make sure new learnings stick.

Provide timely and accurate information and excellent support to internal team.

SKILL AND ATTRIBUTES

Moderate proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, notably excel.

Good command of both written and spoken English

Results Orientated.

High attention to details.

Able to work under pressure and juggle multiple tasks and able to work outside office hours when required.

Solution focused and great at problem solving.

Able to work independently and within a team assisting team members to help everyone achieve results.
