Job Description

Design, develop, and maintain ETL pipelines using SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS) to support business and analytical requirements.
Manage and optimize data processing within SQL Server databases, ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and performance.
Develop, enhance, and maintain Tableau dashboards and reports using SQL to support decision-making processes.
Perform Tableau installation, configuration, maintenance, and backup to ensure system availability and data reliability.
Monitor data pipelines and dashboards, troubleshoot issues, and implement improvements for performance and scalability.
Collaborate with Business Analysts, Data Analysts, and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Maintain proper documentation for ETL processes, data flows, and Tableau environments.
Ensure compliance with data governance, security, and best practices.

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Engineering, or a related field.
35 years of experience in Data Engineering or a related role.
Strong hands-on experience with SQL Server, SQL Server Management Studio (SSMS), and SSIS.
Proven experience in developing and maintaining Tableau dashboards and reports.
Hands-on experience with Tableau administration, including installation, maintenance, and backup.
Strong proficiency in SQL for data extraction, transformation, and performance tuning.
Good communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
