Role Description / Responsibility:
- Create and maintain existing dashboard for support operation performance monitoring
- Partner with users to deeply understand their needs and impactful data solutions
- Analyze the data to find patterns, trends, and insights.
- Work with other teams (like operations, internal control, network and commercial team) to understand what data they need.
- Identify and troubleshoot data discrepancies.
- Implement and monitor data quality checks to ensure accuracy and consistency of all generated reports and analysis.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in any major
- At least 1 years of working experience in a data analysis role.
- Strong analytical skills with ability to collect, organize, analyze and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong in SQL, data visualization and dashboarding
- Exposure to visualization and dashboarding tools
- Ability to use critical thinking on a daily basis to manage daily tasks while being goal-oriented
- Comforatable working both independently and in team
- Good writen and verbal communication skill
- Experience in logistics industry is a plus.
- Willing to be placed at Cimanggis, Depok, West Java
Salary:
