Key Responsibilities
- Analyze large and complex datasets to uncover trends, patterns, and business opportunities.
- Develop, automate, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI.
- Write and optimize SQL queries for data extraction, transformation, and analysis.
- Translate business requirements into analytical frameworks and reporting solutions.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to support business objectives.
- Conduct ad hoc analyses and provide actionable recommendations to stakeholders.
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across reporting platforms.
- Collaborate with business, operations, and technology teams to support strategic initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, Information Systems, Mathematics, Economics, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 2 to 5 years of experience in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, or related roles.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL and relational database concepts.
- Hands-on experience with Power BI dashboard development and data visualization.
- Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and quantitative skills.
- Ability to communicate complex insights effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Experience managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to data quality.
Preferred Qualifications
