Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Collect, organize, and analyze data from various sources (social media, campaigns, website, etc.).
  • Assist in developing reports and dashboards to monitor campaign performance.
  • Support cross-functional teams (strategy, content, digital) with data-driven insights and recommendations.
  • Identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights to improve marketing effectiveness.
  • Maintain and update datasets to ensure accuracy and reliability.
  • Stay up to date with the latest data analytics and digital marketing trends.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree (S1) in any related field (Statistics, Mathematics, Business, Marketing, or equivalent).
  • 1–2 years of experience in data-related roles (fresh graduates with strong skills are welcome).
  • Strong interest in data, numbers, and analytical thinking.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets (formulas, pivot tables, basic charts).
  • Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Google Data Studio / Looker Studio, Canva is a plus).
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and eager to learn.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team.
