Role Overview
HR Data Analyst is a professional who leverages advanced data analytics to enhance HR operations and workforce strategy. This position combines technical expertise in data analysis with HR knowledge to drive evidence-based decision-making, improve employee engagement, and optimize organizational performance.
Key Responsibilities:
1.Data Management & Analysis
- Applies established processes in a domain
- Extract, clean, and manipulate HR and business data using SQL, Power Query, and Excel advanced functions (Vlookup, Index-Match, Pivot Tables, and any other function)
- Apply statistical methods (distribution analysis, regression, correlation, hypothesis testing) to evaluate HR programs and workforce trends.
- Identify patterns and transform raw HR data into actionable insights to support decision-making.
- Treats advanced and varied technical issues
2.Reporting & Visualization
- Build interactive dashboards and reports in Power BI to track HR metrics in 8 domains; 1) Compensation (including position evaluation, time and activity management, payroll), 2) Benefits (including share plan), 3) Taxation 4) People Management (including recruitment, contracts, attractiveness, integration, interim, internal staffing, rules/referentials, employee/user experience), 5) International mobility 6) Travel & expenses 7) Learning & development 8) Diversity
- Present findings through clear reports, presentations, and storytelling with data tailored for non-technical audiences.
- Create engaging visualizations that simplify complex workforce data
3.Collaboration & Communication
- Work cross-functionally with Finance, and other departments to ensure data-driven decision-making
- Communicate insights effectively to stakeholders, influencing HR and business strategies.
- Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement through problem-solving and critical thinking.
- Coordinating role of at least 10 interlocutors
- Designing and carrying out studies with analysis of the results
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Informatics
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, SQL, and Power BI
- Strong foundation in statistical analysis and data-driven problem solving.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and critical thinking skills.
- Experience in HR processes and ability to apply analytics to workforce challenges.
- Proven experience in handling and developing data analytics capabilities or managing data-related projects
