Job Descriptions:
- Analyze business requirements from users/business units and translate them into data analysis approaches.
- Explore and analyze data to identify patterns, trends, and key insights.
- Prepare, manage, and develop datasets and analytical models (data cleaning, transformation, standardization, evaluation, and fine-tuning) according to user needs.
- Deliver insights and recommendations to business units and management to support decision-making.
- Conduct UAT and provide deployment support with users, as well as document analysis results.
- Analyze the prediction accuracy of data models periodically and perform fine-tuning when necessary.
- Design and present informative data visualizations and dashboards tailored to user needs.
- Ensure well-organized administrative documentation and establish standardization for formal rules.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in data science, Computer Science, Information Technology, Mathematics, Statistics, or other related quantitative fields.
- Strong understanding of machine learning and predictive modeling, with the ability to develop models end-to-end, including data preparation, feature engineering, model development, and evaluation.
- Proficient in SQL for data extraction, data manipulation, and analysis from multiple data sources.
- Understanding of Big Data and data warehouse concepts, with the ability to work with large-scale datasets.
- Able to perform exploratory data analysis (EDA) to understand data characteristics, identify patterns or anomalies, and generate meaningful insights.
- Basic understanding of Artificial Intelligence / Generative AI (GenAI) and its potential applications to enhance data analysis and productivity.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business questions into analytical approaches and derive actionable insights.
- Experience in building data visualizations or dashboards using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms is a plus.
