Job Description

The ideal candidate will use their passion for big data and analytics to provide insights to the business covering a range of topics. They will be responsible for conducting both recurring and ad hoc analysis for business users.

Responsibilities

  • Design, build, and maintain the HC data warehouse by integrating data from multiple HR systems (HRIS, payroll, recruitment, performance) into a centralized, reliable data repository
  • Develop and manage ETL/ELT pipelines to automate data ingestion, transformation, and loading processes
  • Write and optimize SQL queries for data extraction, cleansing, transformation, and aggregation
  • Ensure data quality, consistency, and integrity through regular validation, monitoring, and troubleshooting of data pipelines
  • Develop, publish, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using any BI Tools (Power BI, Metabase, etc) covering key HC metrics
  • Define and standardize HC data models, data dictionaries, and metric definitions to ensure consistency across all reporting outputs
  • Identify opportunities to automate manual reporting processes and improve data workflow efficiency
  • Translate HC business requirements into technical data solutions and analytics deliverables

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Data Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in HR analytics, workforce analytics, or a related data function
  • Strong proficiency in SQL for data querying and analysis
  • Hands-on experience in building and maintaining data warehouses or data marts
  • Proficient in data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau
  • Experience with ETL tools or pipeline development (e.g., dbt, SSIS, Talend, or similar) is a plus
  • Experience with HRIS and other HC System is a plus
  • Solid understanding of HR metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Structured, disciplined, and able to manage multiple initiatives.
