The ideal candidate will use their passion for big data and analytics to provide insights to the business covering a range of topics. They will be responsible for conducting both recurring and ad hoc analysis for business users.
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain the HC data warehouse by integrating data from multiple HR systems (HRIS, payroll, recruitment, performance) into a centralized, reliable data repository
- Develop and manage ETL/ELT pipelines to automate data ingestion, transformation, and loading processes
- Write and optimize SQL queries for data extraction, cleansing, transformation, and aggregation
- Ensure data quality, consistency, and integrity through regular validation, monitoring, and troubleshooting of data pipelines
- Develop, publish, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using any BI Tools (Power BI, Metabase, etc) covering key HC metrics
- Define and standardize HC data models, data dictionaries, and metric definitions to ensure consistency across all reporting outputs
- Identify opportunities to automate manual reporting processes and improve data workflow efficiency
- Translate HC business requirements into technical data solutions and analytics deliverables
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Data Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in HR analytics, workforce analytics, or a related data function
- Strong proficiency in SQL for data querying and analysis
- Hands-on experience in building and maintaining data warehouses or data marts
- Proficient in data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau
- Experience with ETL tools or pipeline development (e.g., dbt, SSIS, Talend, or similar) is a plus
- Experience with HRIS and other HC System is a plus
- Solid understanding of HR metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Structured, disciplined, and able to manage multiple initiatives.
