Job Description

Responsibilities

Collect, clean, and preprocess data from multiple sources (operational, marketing, patient, and partnership data)
Analyze datasets to identify trends, patterns, and performance insights related to clinic operations and growth
Build and maintain structured reports and dashboards (Excel / Google Sheets / BI tools)
Support ad-hoc analysis for business, marketing performance, and operational efficiency
Assist in tracking KPIs such as patient acquisition, referral performance, conversion rates, and retention
Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and documentation

Requirements

Final-year student or fresh graduate in Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related fields
Strong understanding of basic data analysis concepts (descriptive analysis, trend analysis, KPI tracking)
Proficient in Excel / Google Sheets (SQL is a strong plus)
Familiar with data visualization and reporting
Basic knowledge of Python / R or BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker) is a plus
Detail-oriented, analytical, and comfortable working with real operational data
Interest in healthcare, medical services, or service-based businesses is a plus
