Conduct data-driven analysis to optimise operational efficiency and costperformance trade-offs, including resolution-time optimisation and service quality outcomes
Translate performance data into actionable insights, identifying key cost, demand, and experience drivers
Support AI-enabled decision-making and ad-hoc problem solving to improve performance at scale

Requirements:

Currently pursuing a degree in any relevant disciplines
Strong analytical skill and sensitivity to data
Strong oral and written communication skill
Results and details driven
Well organised with good multi tasking ability
Positive, team-player, and energetic attitude
Strong proficiency in Excel is a must, SQL is a plus
