Data Analyst

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct baseline review assessments to evaluate historical performance data.
• Supervise a small team of Data Analyst
• Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and set realistic, data-driven targets for upcoming campaigns.
• Periodically review and adjust baselines and targets in alignment with seasonal or market trends.
• Prepare and deliver weekly performance reports highlighting KPIs, trends, and variances.
• Ensure accuracy, consistency, and timeliness in all reporting deliverables.
• Conduct post-campaign evaluations to identify strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities for improvement.
• Perform postmortem analyses to investigate root causes of performance deviations.
• Document insights and provide actionable, data-driven recommendations to stakeholders.
• Analyze product data to support the selection of monthly focus products.
• Identify high potential as well as underperforming products to guide strategic decisions.
• Access and extract customer review data from platforms such as Bazaarvoice.
• Automate data exports where feasible to improve workflow efficiency.
• Clean, structure, and format review data for analytical use and platform integration.
• Upload curated data to the Eraspace platform in compliance with formatting and tagging standards.
• Ensure all submissions meet platform requirements and are updated on a weekly basis.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Marketing Analytics, Business, or a related field.
• 6+ years of experience in Data Analysis
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, SQL, and data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
• Experience with automation tools (e.g., Python, Google Sheets scripting, Excel macros) is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines effectively.
• Familiarity with customer review platforms such as Bazaarvoice is an advantage.
