About the Role

This role offers early ownership and real responsibility. You will be hands on with cutting edge AI development and exposed to global companies deploying AI in the field.

You will support data preparation, analysis, and day to day AI operations that keep models accurate and reliable.

You will work close to production models, datasets, and experiments. You will not design ML architectures, but you will learn how AI systems work in practice and how data quality drives performance.

What You'll Do

• Prepare and organise data for analysis and models.
• Track model performance and data quality.
• Support training, evaluation, and update cycles.
• Manage datasets, annotations, and results.
• Create clear summaries and internal reports.
• Support AI systems in production environments.

What We're Looking For

• Early career data analyst or strong graduate profile.
• Passion and capability for analytics and AI.
• Comfortable with Python and at least one of SQL, R, or spreadsheets.
• Familiar with basic machine learning concepts.
• Exposure or strong interest in ML Ops workflows.
• Structured, detail focused, and reliable.
• Curious, self driven, and eager to learn.
• Good written and spoken English.

ML Ops exposure may include:

Basic Git usage, running training scripts, managing datasets, monitoring outputs, or supporting deployments.
