Monitor and evaluate key e-commerce performance metrics including traffic, conversion rate, orders, revenue, and customer behavior.
Develop, maintain, and optimize interactive dashboards using Looker Studio to provide clear visibility into business and platform performance.
Utilize web analytics tools such as Google Analytics and Adobe Analytics to track user behavior, traffic sources, and customer journeys across digital platforms.
Analyze large datasets and present insights through data visualizations, including charts, graphs, and dashboards.
Generate regular analytical reports to assess campaign performance, platform performance, and customer engagement.
Translate complex data findings into actionable insights and strategic recommendations to improve business performance, marketing effectiveness, and user experience.
Process, validate, and manage datasets using Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets for reporting and analysis.
Collaborate with business, marketing, product, and campaign teams to support data-driven strategies and initiatives.
Present analytical findings and insights to stakeholders in a clear, structured, and easy-to-understand manner.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Analytics, or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience as a Data Analyst, preferably within e-commerce, digital platforms, or technology companies.
Intermediate to Advanced English proficiency.
Technical Skills
Proficiency in SQL / PostgreSQL for data extraction and data manipulation.
Experience in dashboard development and data visualization using Looker Studio.
Hands-on experience with web analytics tools, such as Google Analytics and Adobe Analytics.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets.
Strong skills in data visualization and reporting (charts, dashboards, and performance reports).
Basic understanding of e-commerce funnel analysis (Traffic Conversion Order Revenue).
