System development/enhancement/bug fixing with below steps:

Understand the technical requirement needed based on info from P&ED IM

Develop/update the system

Do testing and document the evidence for audit purpose

Request the deployment to P&ED IM or IT team

Do hypercare (close monitor) after deployment
