Job Description

Responsibilities

Lead and oversee multiple Darwinbox HCM implementation.
Manage and mentor a team of Implementation Consultants.
Coordinate with Sales and Pre-Sales to ensure seamless post-sale knowledge transfer.
Analyze, collect, and validate complex client business requirements and translate them into scalable Darwinbox HCM.
Design and propose functional solutions aligned with best practices and business objectives.
Configure system setup, perform gap analysis, and recommend process improvements.
Lead system integration testing (SIT), user acceptance testing (UAT), and ensure successful go-live.
Develop comprehensive project documentation including BRD, FDD, configuration documents, and user manuals.
Develop detailed project plans, track milestones, and ensure adherence to timelines.
Ensure project deliverables are completed according to the timeline and project methodology.
Provide strategic advisory to clients on HCM optimization and digital transformation initiatives.
Conduct end-user training sessions and support knowledge transfer.
Mentor junior consultants and provide guidance throughout project lifecycle.
Collaborate with cross-functional and technical teams to ensure seamless implementation.
Maintain strong stakeholder communication and manage client expectations throughout the project.

Requirements

Have > 8 years of experience in SaaS HCM Implementation (experience as Team Manager is preferable).
Proven ability to lead teams and manage multiple concurrent client projects.
Strong understanding of business process mapping, functional specifications, and change management.
Excellent communication, presentation, and client management skills.
Proficient in English.

Preferred

Prior experience managing HCM implementations.
Strong analytical, documentation, and project management skills.
Ability to thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments while driving structured execution.
