Summary
We are seeking an experienced D365 F&O Solution Architect with a strong technical background. The successful candidate will have experience in the design, development, and optimization of D365 F&O deployments. The candidate should have fluent English and a second language (preferably Mandarin) to lead technical and business discussions and workshops.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical leadership to the team and projects across APAC.
- Design and develop robust ERP modules and extensions in D365 F&O
- Desing and document system architecture that includes D365, Power Platform and other Microsoft business applications.
- Create and enforce structure to ensure documentation and high quality of technical deliverables.
- Analyze requirements and contribute to the solution design from a technical perspective.
- Evaluate and implement D365 F&O together with Power Platform to provide our clients with the best technical solution.
- Collaborate closely with functional consultants during analysis and design.
- Provide technical leadership in projects, enabling the development team and ensuring progress and status tracking.
Qualifications
Skill and experiences
- Min 7+ years experience with D365 F&O
- Understanding of ERP system architecture and best practices
- Ability to lead technical discussions and provide guidance on architecture, implementation, optimizations
- Extensive experience with the technical aspects of Dynamics 365 F&O and the functionality and business processes it provides.
- Experience with customizing and development with Dynamics 365 F&O
- Experience with designing systems with performance in mind and identifying and optimizing performance on existing systems
- Demonstrated expertise in ERP implementations and management, including integration with third-party systems.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, able to resolve complex technical issues and recommend solutions.
- Strong teamwork skills and the ability to collaborate in cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication skills, including the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders in verbal and written formats
- Prior experience in consulting or customer-facing roles
- Certification or training in D365 F&O is a plus
