Job Description

Role Overview:

One of our clients is looking for a D365 CRM Solutions Architect Manager to lead the end-to-end design, implementation, and optimization of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions. This role will act as a strategic bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring CRM architectures are scalable, high-quality, and aligned with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Translate business requirements and user stories into clear technical architecture and specifications
  • Design end-to-end Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solution architecture
  • Configure and customize D365 CRM to align with functional requirements
  • Lead and oversee development, integration, and system customization
  • Ensure adherence to coding standards, best practices, and quality assurance
  • Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams throughout implementation
  • Co-lead system testing, validation, UAT, cutover, and deployment readiness
  • Ensure CRM solutions meet performance, scalability, and security requirements
  • Create and maintain comprehensive technical and solution documentation
  • Facilitate knowledge sharing, training sessions, and solution handover
  • Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, project managers, and technical teams
  • Support continuous improvement and optimization of CRM platforms

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM implementation
  • Strong hands-on expertise in D365 CRM customization, configuration, and integration
  • Solid understanding of D365 CRM modules: Sales, Marketing, Customer Service
  • Experience developing custom solutions using C#, JavaScript, Power Apps
  • Experience integrating D365 CRM with ERP systems, Azure, SharePoint, and third-party platforms
  • Strong understanding of CRM architecture, data models, and security roles
  • Experience leading technical teams and driving architectural decisions
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM certification is highly preferred
  • Experience managing end-to-end CRM implementation projects is a plus
