We are currently seeking a dynamic and proactive Customer Support Specialist who possesses the following requirements:
- Minimum of a Diploma degree in any field
- Minimum GPA of 3.00 out of 4.00
- At least 2 years of experience as an agent in an inbound Contact Center
- Fluency in English
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a rotating shift schedule, including public holidays as required
(each shift consists of 8 working hours plus a 1-hour break)
- Ability to work fully remote
Responsibilities:
- Handling incoming chats, calls, and emails with professionalism and efficiency
- Handling outbound calls and emails to communicate effectively with clients
- Providing detailed information about the company's products and services to clients
- Collaborating with our sales team to ensure the delivery of outstanding services
- Demonstrating a strong customer service orientation and taking ownership of customer satisfaction
- Maintaining a high level of professionalism in all interactions
- Communicating with clients in a friendly, clear, and courteous manner
Salary: USD 500650 depending on the candidate's experience
