Job Description

We are currently seeking a dynamic and proactive Customer Support Specialist who possesses the following requirements:

  • Minimum of a Diploma degree in any field
  • Minimum GPA of 3.00 out of 4.00
  • At least 2 years of experience as an agent in an inbound Contact Center
  • Fluency in English
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a rotating shift schedule, including public holidays as required

(each shift consists of 8 working hours plus a 1-hour break)

  • Ability to work fully remote

Responsibilities:

  • Handling incoming chats, calls, and emails with professionalism and efficiency
  • Handling outbound calls and emails to communicate effectively with clients
  • Providing detailed information about the company's products and services to clients
  • Collaborating with our sales team to ensure the delivery of outstanding services
  • Demonstrating a strong customer service orientation and taking ownership of customer satisfaction
  • Maintaining a high level of professionalism in all interactions
  • Communicating with clients in a friendly, clear, and courteous manner

Salary: USD 500650 depending on the candidate's experience
