Job Description

We are an international product team working on a digital product. As part of our expansion, we are looking for a Customer Support Specialist fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English.

At the initial stage, the role is remote-based, with a planned transition to office work at one of our regional hubs in Southeast Asia. The company provides relocation support.

Responsibilities

  • Handle customer inquiries via live chat, email, and other digital communication channels
  • Assist users with product-related questions and issue resolution
  • Accurately document requests and follow customer support standards
  • Collaborate with team members and cross-functional teams to resolve customer cases effectively
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the product and internal processes

Requirements

  • Fluent Bahasa Indonesia and English
  • Previous experience in customer support or related roles is a plus
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • High level of responsibility, attention to detail, and customer-oriented mindset
  • Ability to work efficiently in a remote environment
