We are seeking a dedicated Customer Support Representative Mandarin Speakers to join our team in Southeast Asia. The ideal candidate will have 1-10 years of experience in customer service, with a passion for helping customers and resolving their issues efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
• Provide accurate information about products and services to customers.
• Assist customers in troubleshooting issues and resolving complaints effectively.
• Document customer interactions and maintain records of customer feedback.
• Collaborate with other departments to enhance customer satisfaction and improve service delivery.
• Identify and escalate complex issues to appropriate team members.

Skills and Qualifications

• 1-10 years of experience in customer support or a related field.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in Mandarin , cantonese ,English and local language(s).
• Proficient in using customer support software and tools.
• Ability to handle difficult situations and maintain professionalism under pressure.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Basic knowledge of products and services offered by the company.
