Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Handle and submit all vendor/courier payments on time.
  • Collect Proof of Delivery (POD) before the due date and keep records updated.
  • Create and manage Delivery Orders (DO) in the TMS system.
  • Track and monitor shipments from origin to completion, ensuring smooth delivery.
  • Communicate with drivers, vendors, and customers to resolve issues quickly.
  • Upsell trucking or additional services to existing customers when opportunities arise.
  • Maintain high service performance using WhatsApp Bot and other CS tools.
  • Provide timely updates to customers and internal teams on shipment status.
  • Prepare basic reports on delivery performance and customer feedback.

Requirements

  • Diploma/Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
  • 1–2 years of customer service, logistics, or freight forwarding experience preferred.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Familiarity with TMS or other logistics systems is an advantage.
  • Comfortable using digital tools (WhatsApp Bot, spreadsheets, etc.).
  • Able to work independently and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
