You will be part of the Operations Department in a Customer Success role at Surabaya, where your primary focus will be maintaining existing clients, specifically handling onboarding, renewals, and upselling.
Responsibilities
- Handling onboarding, renewal and upsell with 'the CSA target' version.
- Handling small merchant category.
- Delivering high quality and maintenance checking scheme with non dedicated services version.
Qualifications
1. minimum 1 years full-time as Customer Success/Account Manager/Customer Service
2. have experience in sales/business development
3. have experience in SaaS Company
