Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Services Agent, located in Yogyakarta. The Customer Services Agent will handle inbound and outbound calls, respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction. Duties include providing exceptional customer service, maintaining accurate records of customer interactions, and collaborating with team members to enhance the overall customer experience.
