This is a full-time WFO role for a Customer Service (Thai Speaking) position at Concentrix in Yogyakarta site. The role involves providing customer support and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Min bachelor's degree holder.
• Possess fluent Thai and excellent English-speaking abilities.
• Have Customer Support, Customer Satisfaction, and Customer Service skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in shifts.
