Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Customer Service Teller position located in Mataram. The role involves assisting customers with transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and other teller operations while ensuring exceptional customer service. The role requires handling cash efficiently, maintaining accurate records of transactions, and addressing customer inquiries promptly and professionally. The Customer Service Teller will also promote and maintain a positive relationship with customers to enhance their banking experience.
