About the Role
At SCG Indonesia, customer service means more than answering questions its about building trust, solving problems, and ensuring smooth end-to-end experiences for our clients. As a Customer Service Specialist, you will work closely with sales, logistics, and operations teams to provide responsive support that strengthens long-term relationships with our customers across cement, packaging, and trading businesses.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for customers, handling inquiries, orders, and service requests in a timely manner.
- Coordinate with internal teams (sales, supply chain, finance) to ensure accurate order processing, delivery, and invoicing.
- Track customer orders from confirmation to delivery; proactively update customers on status or issues.
- Support resolution of service concerns, complaints, and claims while maintaining a professional, customer-first approach.
- Maintain accurate customer records in CRM systems and generate regular service reports.
- Assist with after-sales support, including product information, warranty claims, and documentation requests.
- Collaborate with commercial and marketing teams to support customer engagement activities.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Business, Communications, or related field.
- 13 years of experience in customer service, client support, or order management.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with a service-minded attitude.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; CRM or ERP experience is an advantage.
- Comfortable working in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
