Job Qualifications :

  • Minimum bachelor degree (S1) in any major
  • Have experience as CS in banking for at least 2 years
  • Able to work in a team and individually
  • Have good communication skills and like the service sector
  • Able to work under pressure

  • Job Descriptions :
  • Providing information to customers & non-customers regarding bank products and services
  • Providing services to customers related to opening savings, cash deposits, customer transfers, savings accounts, etc
  • Carry out customer due diligence (identification and verification of customer data) in the context of implementing KYC
  • Handle and deal with customer-related complaints
  • Carrying out cross selling banking products
