Role Description

This is a full-time, contract-based, on-site position located in Jakarta CBD for a Customer Service Representative.

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for handling client inquiries and resolving customer concerns while delivering high-quality service. You will manage daily client interactions to ensure a high level of satisfaction, monitor feedback, and contribute to improving the overall customer experience.

In this role, you will play an important part in creating a welcoming, professional, and supportive workspace environment for our clients.
