Customer Service Support
Location: Balikpapan & Makassar
Responsibilities:
- Assist consumers and partners in using products
- Handle inquiries, issues, and walk-in customer concerns
- Deliver excellent service and maintain good relationships
- Support registration, acquisition, sales transactions, and training
- Perform basic admin tasks (account updates, credit top-ups)
Requirements:
- Min. D3/S1, GPA 2.75
- Experience in direct/walk-in customer handling
- Customer service & sales experience
- Typing 50 WPM, 90% accuracy
- Empathetic, agile, detail-oriented
- Min. 2 vaccine doses
- Fresh grads welcome (2 years experience)
- Basic English preferred
