Job Description

Customer Service Support

Location: Balikpapan & Makassar

Responsibilities:

  • Assist consumers and partners in using products
  • Handle inquiries, issues, and walk-in customer concerns
  • Deliver excellent service and maintain good relationships
  • Support registration, acquisition, sales transactions, and training
  • Perform basic admin tasks (account updates, credit top-ups)

Requirements:

  • Min. D3/S1, GPA 2.75
  • Experience in direct/walk-in customer handling
  • Customer service & sales experience
  • Typing 50 WPM, 90% accuracy
  • Empathetic, agile, detail-oriented
  • Min. 2 vaccine doses
  • Fresh grads welcome (2 years experience)
  • Basic English preferred
