Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Reply and handle store chat
  • Handle and resolve customer issues
  • Check and manage late shipment and canceled orders across all marketplaces
  • Follow up return & refund cases on all marketplaces

Requirements

  • Familiar with basic marketplace operations
  • Willing to work on weekends and clear/zero chat at night
  • Willing to learn and adapt quickly
  • Good attitude, responsible, and responsive in replying chat
  • Previous experience in Customer Service is a plus (not mandatory)
