Customer Service, Logistics & Office Admin

We specialize in manufacturing an extensive array of delicious products enjoyed by customers in more than 100 countries across six continents.

We are looking for a Customer Service, Logistics & Office Admin, best suited for a detail-oriented, proactive, and service-driven professional who wants to be part of a global organization supporting Australia-based operations. This role is fully remote with working location based in Indonesia, operating 9 hours from 4.30 AM 13.30 PM IDT (following Australia timezone GMT+10).

Key Responsibilities:

• Process customer orders, inquiries, and service requests accurately and promptly.
• Coordinate delivery schedules with internal teams, warehouses, and logistics partners.
• Maintain and update documentation, invoices support, and system data to ensure accuracy.
• Monitor order status, stock availability, and logistics issues while providing timely updates to customers.
• Support administrative tasks to ensure smooth day-to-day operations across departments.
• Collaborate with Australia-based stakeholders and maintain high communication standards.

Candidate Requirements:

• Indonesia Citizenship and lived in Indonesia
• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain, Accounting, or related fields.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in customer service, sales administration, logistics coordination, or office/finance admin roles.
• Strong experience using ERP systems (Microsoft Dynamics AX preferred).
• Familiarity with import/export documentation and compliance processes.
• Fluent/Advanced English (spoken & written) mandatory.
• High attention to detail, accuracy, and strong problem-solving skills.
• Able to work independently in a remote environment and comfortable with early-morning shifts.
