Handle all customer inquiries for export, import and domestic shipping (regular and project cargo), prepare /send quotations
Obtain competitive vendor rates with Procurement support, and coordinate shipment arrangements via SPK agreements, pre-alerts, notifications, and handovers.
Follow up on POs and approvals, monitor shipments end-to-end, provide daily customer updates, and ensure Operations and Billing receive instructions for invoicing.
Serve as backup for PIC Export and support related export tasks including billing instructions and SKK Migas admin work
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree from recognized university or relevant qualification (preferable a background of logistics education.)
Minimum 2 years of experience in a multicultural multinational company (MNC) environment, with proven work experience in the oil and gas business.
Strong understanding of Supply Chain, Logistics, International Freight Forwarding, and Customs clearance processes, including remote project sites and private jetty operations.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) with statistical and numeracy skills for data analysis.
Excellent communication skills in English (oral, written, presentation), with negotiation, diplomacy, and strong teamwork capabilities.
