As a German & English-Speaking Customer Service Agent, you will be responsible for handling pre-sales and after-sales customer inquiries. You will ensure timely responses, high service quality, and excellent customer satisfaction in line with agreed SLAs and KPIs.
Job Description:
- Handle customer inquiries in German and English.
- Provide pre-sales and after-sales customer support professionally and accurately.
- Ensure response time and service quality meet SLA and KPI standards.
- Document and update customer interactions clearly and accurately.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues effectively.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through clear and courteous communication.
Qualifications:
- Minimum D3 or Bachelor's degree in any major.
- Fluent in German and English (written and verbal).
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Customer Service or a related field.
- Customer-oriented mindset with strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable working with service targets, KPIs, and SLAs.
- Willing to work on a shifting schedule aligned with European time zones.
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Quick to adapt to new systems and applications in a dynamic working environment.
