Project Objective
To deliver premium customer service for a luxury 5-star hotel by assisting guests with reservations, inquiries, and special requests in English, ensuring a smooth guest journey from booking to check-out.
Job Responsibilities
Manage guest inquiries via phone, email, and chat in English.
Handle room reservations, modifications, cancellations, and upgrades.
Provide clear information on room types, rates, promotions, and hotel facilities.
Ensure guest requests are fulfilled with efficiency and professionalism.
Resolve concerns with empathy and problem-solving skills.
Maintain accurate guest records and reservation details in the system.
Collaborate with other hotel departments to deliver exceptional service.
Requirements
Proficiency in English (spoken & written) minimum C1 level.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; customer service or hospitality experience is an advantage.
Positive, service-minded, and able to work under pressure.
Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Willingness to relocate to Bali, Indonesia.
