Role Description
This is a full-time on-site Customer Service role based in Batam. The Customer Service representative will be responsible for providing support to customers, ensuring customer satisfaction, and delivering exceptional customer service on a daily basis.
Qualifications
- Previous Experiences in Customer Service (preferred)
- Customer Support and Customer Satisfaction skills
- Customer Experience knowledge
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well in a team
- Problem-solving skills
- Fluency in multiple languages is beneficial
