Job Description

Job Descriptions:

  • Handle customers for Balikpapan projects (walk-in customers, telephone, email, and/or WhatsApp).
  • Provide information and assistance needed by customers in accordance with standard operating procedures (SOP).
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by responding to their inquiries.
  • Coordinate with other divisions to resolve customer complaints.
  • Record the customer complaint and prepare the complaint reports on daily basis.
  • Prepare units before handover and serve customers during handover.

Job Qualifications:

  • Minimum Diploma degree in any major.
  • Minimum 1 year of working experience in related field.
  • Computer literate (Ms. Office).
  • Experienced in dealing with customers.
  • Comfortable working in the service industry.
  • Willing to be placed in Balikpapan.
