Engage with prospective clients via inbound and outbound calls to promote Better Life Clinic's services, including Dermatology, Aesthetics, Dental, Maternity packages, and Blood Tests.
- Provide accurate information about our services, pricing, and promotional offers to potential clients.
- Effectively pitch the benefits of our services to meet the needs and preferences of individual clients.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service during all interactions with clients.
- Utilize CRM software to update client information, record interactions, and schedule appointments.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to implement sales strategies and achieve targets.
- Address client inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a timely and satisfactory manner.
- Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and new services offered by Better Life Clinic.
Requirements
- Excellent command over the English and Hindi language.
- Proven experience in sales, telemarketing, or customer service roles, preferably in the healthcare industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Exceptional sales pitching abilities and persuasive communication techniques.
- Familiarity with CRM software and basic computer skills.
