Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Relationship Management Specialist located in Jakarta, Indonesia. The Customer Relationship Management Specialist will manage client relationships, ensure customer satisfaction, analyze customer data to enhance service delivery, and support sales initiatives. Day-to-day tasks include overseeing CRM software, developing strategies to improve customer engagement, and collaborating with the sales team to drive customer loyalty and retention.

Qualifications

  • Analytical Skills and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) skills
  • Strong Communication and Sales skills
  • Project Management skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • Experience in the grooming or beauty industry is a plus
  • Proficiency in CRM software and data analysis tools
  • Proficiency in POS Zenoti software
