Job Description

Builds and maintains relationships with customers and clients to improve on customer loyalty and increase revenues for the

brands.

To build and manage an extensive network of relations with customers

To express perfect knowledge and understanding of our programs & events

To attract and engage with customers based on each team&aposs speciality

To resolve customer complaints quickly and efficiently.

Keeping customers updated on the latest products in order to increase sales

Qualifications:

S1 Marketing or related field

A solid knowledge and passion in F&B as well as lifestyle industry

2+ year mininum of experience

Technical Skills:

The ability to analyse and research information

Soft Skills:

Excellent communication and listening skills

The ability to explain complex information clearly and simply

Good sales and negotiation skills

Plenty of drive, initiative and motivation
