Role Description

We are looking for a full-time onsite Customer Relations Officer based in Jakarta, Indonesia. The responsibilities of this role include engaging with clients to address their inquiries and needs, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through personalized support, and nurturing strong client relationships. The role also involves analyzing customer feedback to improve service quality and collaborating with internal teams to deliver exceptional experiences.
