This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Relation Staff position located in South Jakarta. The responsibilities include building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service to address inquiries and concerns, and ensuring customer satisfaction by delivering timely and effective solutions. The role also involves monitoring customer feedback to enhance retention strategies and supporting the overall customer experience.

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to professionally address client needs and concerns, ensuring quality interactions
• Proficiency in Customer Support to assist and resolve client issues efficiently
• Ability to adapt to client requirements and committed to delivering exceptional service
• Relevant experience or background in customer relations, service, or support is preferred
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is a strong advantage
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred
