Customer Relation Staff (Jakarta Area)

This is a full-time, on-site Customer Relation Staff role located in Jakarta, Indonesia. The Customer Relation Staff will be responsible for enhancing customer retention by ensuring satisfaction, providing exceptional customer service, and addressing inquiries or concerns promptly. Daily tasks include maintaining professional communication, assisting customers in resolving issues, and delivering proactive support to foster strong client relationships and loyalty.

• Skills in Customer Retention and Customer Satisfaction for maintaining and enhancing client relationships
• Strong Communication skills to ensure clear and effective interaction with clients
• Proficiency in Customer Support and Customer Service to handle inquiries, concerns, and problems effectively
• Experience in responding efficiently to client needs and ensuring a positive customer experience
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
• Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Bahasa Indonesia
• Previous experience in a client-facing role is an advantage
