This is a full-time, on-site role located in Jakarta, Indonesia. As a Business Development Staff, you will be responsible for generating leads, conducting in-depth market research, and identifying opportunities to expand our client base. Your day-to-day tasks will include managing customer relationships, maintaining effective communication channels, and supporting strategic initiatives. You will play a key role in ensuring client satisfaction and driving business growth.

• Strong Analytical Skills with the ability to interpret data and market trends
• Excellent Communication skills to engage effectively with clients and team members
• Proficiency in Lead Generation and Market Research techniques
• Customer Service skills to build and maintain positive relationships
• Proactive mindset with the ability to adapt in a high-growth environment
