Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Relation Officer located in Setia Budi, Jakarta. The Customer Relation Officer will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and providing excellent customer support. The role also involves managing client relationships, analyzing customer data to inform service improvements, and ensuring a positive customer experience.

  • Strong Interpersonal Skills and the ability to build and maintain professional relationships
  • Experience in Customer Satisfaction and a customer-focused mindset
  • Proficiency in Analytical Skills to assess customer trends and improve service outcomes
  • Hands-on experience in Customer Support and Client Relations
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, on-site team environment
  • Prior experience in a customer relation role or similar is an advantage
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communication, or a related field is preferred
