This is a full-time, on-site role based in Setia Budi, Jakarta, for a Customer Relation Officer. The role involves maintaining strong client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, providing prompt and effective customer support, and addressing inquiries or concerns. Additionally, the Customer Relation Officer will analyze customer feedback to enhance services and create a seamless experience for clients.

• Strong Interpersonal and Client Relations skills to build and maintain excellent customer relationships.
• Proven ability to ensure Customer Satisfaction through prompt and personalized support.
• Analytical Skills to assess feedback and propose relevant improvements for customer experience.
• Proficiency in Customer Support practices with a focus on resolving issues efficiently.
• Fluency in both Bahasa Indonesia and English is essential.
