The position is a focus to consider the customer's logistics capability and customer's inventory into the logistics continuous improvement between KCS and KCS's customers. This role is responsible to initiate collaboration with customer to identify opportunity, initiative logistics process improvement and implement logistics improvement to support Sales ambition and deliver supply chain financial KPI.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive effective cross-functional communication among stakeholders, including Sales, Logistics Operations, Demand Planning, Product Supply, and External Partners.
- Achieve KPI targetsincluding customer service parameters and logistics spend expectationsthrough effective implementation of processes.
- Focus on account or channelspecific initiatives to improve replenishment efficiency and product availability, while driving the implementation of joint valuecreation initiatives identified through customer collaboration.
- Deliver enhanced service by leading the implementation of customer supply chain improvement initiatives and building strong relationships with customers.
- Manage distributor inventory effectively.
- Drive customer logistics improvements in areas such as good warehousing practices, order cycle optimization, and logistics operations execution.
- Continuously introduce new initiatives to support customers logistics improvement.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in any major.
- Minimum 3 years experienced in Logistics Operations or Oder to Cash Management. Highly involved in the Logistics Operations Project with proven performance result.
- Fluent in English.
- Strong analytical skill and and managing data complexity.
- Good in negotiation and presentation skill.
- Demonstrates strong selfmanagement and works effectively with minimal supervision on highpressure environments.
- Achievement Oriented.
- Willing to be located in Karawang, West Java.
