Job Description:

We are looking for a Customer Expert (Korean Speaker) to join our growing team in Bali! If you have strong Korean communication skills, excellent English proficiency, and a passion for helping customers, we want to hear from you. In this role, you will support Korean-speaking customers, provide guidance, resolve inquiries, and deliver excellent customer service while working closely with international teams.

Requirements

  • Fluent level of Korean (spoken & written).
  • Intermediate English skills are acceptable for this role
  • Experience studying or working in a Korean-speaking environment, or experience communicating with Korean customers/communities, is a plus!
  • Education: minimum Diploma or Bachelor's degree.
  • Experience in Customer Service & Contact Center will be highly valued!
